What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive what you type into it: your name, company, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in and your project notes. Nothing is collected from the form until you press send.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to run the project. We do not sell your information, add you to a mailing list, or share it with anyone outside Gloomshift except the tools that deliver the form and our email.
Analytics
This site uses Framer’s built-in analytics, which counts visits and page views in aggregate. It does not build a profile of you and does not use advertising cookies. We may add other analytics or tracking tools in the future; if we do, this page will say so.
Keeping your data
Form submissions are kept for as long as we need them to answer you or deliver the work, then removed. You can ask us to delete anything we hold about you at any time.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send the request through the contact page and we will respond within one business day.
Changes
If how we handle information changes, we will update this page and the date above.
